Carey F. Lathrop is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Emerging Markets Credit Trading at Citigroup. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of the US Investment Grade Fixed Income Syndicate Desk. 

Mr. Lathrop received his Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Computer Science and Economics, from Stony Brook University and his M.B.A. degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lathrop currently serves as EMTA Vice Chair and was elected to the EMTA Board in April 2006.
