In the interest of market transparency, EMTA makes a substantial amount of material publicly available on its website.
EMTA also provides information reserved for the exclusive use of its Members (“Members Only Content”). Members Only Content includes Documentation, New Developments and Key Industry Views, among others.  

If you are an authorized representative or employee of a current EMTA Member organization, you may register for a confidential user id and password entitling access to Members Only Content.  By using this user id and password you confirm that at each time you access Members Only Content (i) you are an authorized representative or employee of a current EMTA Member, (ii) you will treat this information as confidential, (iii) you have not and will not share this user id or password information with any person outside of your Member organization, and (iv) you will notify EMTA immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user id and password information.

This website and the information on it are not intended to be viewed by, or for distribution to or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to local law.

Terms of access to Members Only Content are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
